在擁擠的Confocal排程中,想要安排一次實驗是否耗費心力?實驗安排的配合、參數的確認、管理者的溝通…細鎖的事讓您的取像困難重重。我們的Jade Bio,Confocal-Like Addon,讓您可以在實驗室的現有顯微鏡上加裝。爾後,確認參數的實驗、實驗的排程調配都可以自已規劃。取像的軟體也非常精簡,完全為了實驗室客製,馬上即可取像。讓您的預處理的Data完全不需要等待。等於是量身訂做自動化、易於使用的Confocal,讓您免於煩腦交接的問題。

Drug Peneration

在顯微鏡上加裝Jade Bio可以立即用以同時觀測藥物有沒有進入細胞核。如果沒有共軛及同時成像的特性,則無法看到特定層或無法同時看到兩個顏色的影像。
Utilizing Jade Bio, we can see if the drug penetrates into cell nuclei. Without confocality and simultaneous imaging, drug penetration couldn't be seen easily.

Nematoda Fat VesicleNematoda Fat Vesicle Zoom In 

連小如1微米的線蟲脂肪小球,透過ROI的功能,我們就可以清楚看到。
We can easily imagine the vesicle(~1um) of Nematoda by using ROI function.

 Mouse Eye 3D

自製Z軸控制,內建回饋機制,可以進行3D成像,同時最小步進可達10nm(100um/turn的平台)。
We develop closed-loop motorized z-axis driver to precisely control focus for building 3D images. Smallest step is down to 10nm in uni-direction(using 100um/turn microscope stages).

Salivary GlandFollicle

我們有很多活體影像的經驗,諸如活體眼睛、肝、皮膚、毛囊…等。如上圖老鼠唾腺(左)及老鼠毛囊(右)。
We have plenty experience in imaging in vivo animals. Such as mouse salivary gland (left) and mouse follicles (right).

利用Jade Bio,可以取得各式各樣樣品的影像,同時我們透過ULH技術,使我們可以取到最高訊雜比的影像。老鼠皮膚(左),標準細胞螢光片(中),ULH技術可以得到最高訊雜比的影像(右)。
